These terms and conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of products. No other terms and conditions will apply. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing or by email prior to the event. In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean Anrise Imports Pty Ltd – ABN: 84088130189 and “you” and “your” means you the customer.

Oz-Shop.com , is proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavour to supply you with products in excellent condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty, as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers. Items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. If this occurs please either email us at info@oz-shop.com or contact our Customer Service Team. We will supply you with a replacement product. - Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. More information can be found in our refund policies section below. - Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery to customers.

If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Items must be returned in their original boxes, with all parts, plus warranty cards intact. We strive to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock, and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1-3 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify your within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. - Pricing Policy
We will not accept credit cards issued to banks outside of Australia. Our preference in this instance is direct debit or payment via PayPal. Debit cards and cheque cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks. If your PayPal payment is funded by an e-cheque this may substantially delay processing of your order while payment clears. Each product is supplied with an instruction manual, please read this carefully before using the product. Vacuumsaver products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage due to misuse, abuse, or operation of the product not in accordance with the instructions. Side effects from microwave cooking at high temperatures, such as pitting or peeling. Staining from storage of foods high in fat or tomato content. Improper maintenance or cleaning of the Vacuumsaver. - Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Oz-Shop.com
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Any orders placed and accepted by us will be deemed to be by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Oz-Shop.com suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Anrise Imports Pty Ltd T/A Oz-Shop.com reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Oz-Shop.com - Force Majeure
Oz-Shop.com, shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control of Anrise Pty Ltd: and Oz-Shop.com shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations. - General

Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Terms and Conditions.
